We contact your insurance company on your behalf and handle all communication from start to finish so you are not in the middle.

Step 2 — Water mitigation

We bring in air movers and dehumidifiers and assess every affected area with a moisture meter to stop moisture from spreading and prevent mold.

Step 3 — Pack out & storage

We carefully pack out and sort your belongings and store them safely off site while work is being done.

Step 4 — Rebuild & design

Once mitigation is complete Jeff works with you and your insurance to approve the rebuild, pull permits, and design the finished space.

Fire Damage Restoration

Fire damage requires immediate action to secure the property and prevent further loss. Jeff manages every phase of the process and keeps you informed throughout.

Same as water damage, we take over all communication with your insurance adjuster immediately so you can focus on your family.

Step 2 — Securing & Demolition

We secure the property and demolish what cannot be saved, preparing the structure for a clean and safe rebuild.

Step 3 — Pack out & storage

Personal belongings are sorted, packed out, and stored safely while reconstruction is underway.

Step 4 — Rebuild & design

Jeff works with you and your insurance to negotiate the rebuild scope, pull permits, and help you design the finished space within your coverage parameters.
